Scheduled one for Monday morning but cancelled by afternoon, called another for 11am-noon on Tuesday but he broke down n cancelled. Last one that morning called me back late to scheduled but by then I had found Joe Cool as I was driving. They scheduled me in immediately and a tech came out within hours and serviced my ac. Oscar is a super tech, explained issues and repairs and future maintenance. He has over 10 yrs of experience and performed with excellence. Thank you!
