"We have used Joe Cools several times and I’m always pleasantly surprised at how respectful and honest they are. Our last visit would have been a prime opportunity for them to take advantage of us (dirty air filter) but instead Oscar reassured us and even made sure I took advantage of a service plan to help with ongoing maintenance. When was the last time it was the customer taking advantage of the repairman?? All jokes aside- Joe Cools is who my family trusts for cooling and heating!"

"Everyone from Joe down to the staff are true professionals constant communication and updates...... had a little problem with our unit, they were quick to find the problem, took a little long to get the part due to being outta stock but the owner ( Joe) hooked it up to keep us cool until part came in.....Eric came out with new part today changed it tested it and we're up and running.... thank you guys!!!"
